Well, I didn't make it to the gym today but I did go for a nice walk. I feel pretty guilty now that I think about it because I feel like my enthusiasm is starting to dwindle. I know what I want to achieve, and I continually visualize it, yet there seem to be days that there is a roadblock in my way and I let that roadblock defeat me, little by little. I guess it is good that I realize that because now I can fight it.
Ok, Saturday is a new day.... Start fresh with a new outlook!

Walk 2.99 miles/ 25 minutes/ 3173 steps
Food:
Breakfast: Part of a green apple
Snack: 1/2 peanut butter sandwich
Lunch: Smart Ones frozen Enchilada Dinner
Snack: None
Dinner: Oven Roasted Chicken (with whole-wheat flour)
Snack: 100 calorie Chocolate Pudding
