It's been a few years since I have used this blog to document my weightloss, and perhaps that is why I gained my weight back?!
I am on a new mission to find my inner strength and to become the person I once was, and am way down deep inside (she got a bit lost in this thing I call life).
I am going to be documenting my day to day life, the food I eat/drink, all physical activity as well as my thoughts and feelings for the day.
I appreciate you sharing this with me, and please say a prayer to keep me strong!

Good luck! It's not an easy road, but it is worth it! Make it a lifestyle change. From what I see on facebook, you are already headed in the right direction with the Zumba you love to do. Take Care Mistie! You can do it!
